Shredder Day

Michigan Confidential Document Destruction is proud to offer this FREE service to Chamber Members. MCDD is a fully licensed destruction company with the industry-leading AAA Certification from the National Association of Information Destroyers and the only company located in Northern Lower Michigan to achieve this classification. Simply put, you can trust them to properly handle and dispose of your confidential materials.

You may bring up to five boxes of documents (paper case size or smaller) and one hard drive to be shredded at no charge. Additional boxes (same size or smaller) will be $10 each, and hard drives will be $15 each. All Shredder Day charges must be paid in full on the date of service. No invoices will be issued.

State and federal privacy laws require certain documents be destroyed before disposal. These may include: customer sales receipts with any account data, purchase orders, shipping data, supplier information, employee and customer information, as well as obsolete records copies or mis-aligned forms.
